Stephen Powlus

Stephen Powlus has over 30 years of experience in operations and management within the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Sales Operations at Geisinger Health Plan since November 2003, Stephen has held several leadership roles, including Director of Sales Operations and Sales Operational Performance Manager. Prior to Geisinger, Stephen worked at Kawneer Company from August 1998 to October 2003, where roles included Production Control Manager and Alcoa Production System (Lean) Manager. Earlier in the career, Stephen was employed at Bloomsburg Mills, Inc. from June 1991 to July 1998, holding positions such as Preparation Department Manager and General Plant Management.
