Tamara Vrabec

Tamara Vrabec is a highly accomplished vitreoretinal surgeon with extensive experience in ophthalmology. Vrabec served as Director of Resident Research and as a vitreoretinal surgeon at Geisinger from September 2007 to 2016. Prior to that, Vrabec practiced as a vitreoretinal surgeon at Lehigh Eye Specialists PC from 2004 to 2006, and completed a residency at Wills Eye Hospital from July 1986 to June 1989. In addition to clinical practice, Vrabec has held various academic positions, including Adjunct Professor of Ophthalmology at Temple University and Clinical Associate Professor at Temple Health from 1995 to 2005. Vrabec earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University.
