Will Davidson

Will Davidson is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and process optimization with extensive experience across multiple healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Geisinger since December 2023, Will previously worked at Fifth Third Bank as an Enterprise Optimization Data Engineer, where significant cost savings of over $100 million were realized through enterprise Lean transformation. At Atrium Health, Will operated as a Lean Business Leader, facilitating cost savings projects amounting to $6.7 million in 2022 while improving patient discharge processes. Prior to this, experience as a Lean Six Sigma Specialist II and Data Scientist at Bassett Healthcare Network included notable achievements in reducing lab errors and enabling data science capabilities within the organization. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from SUNY Oneonta and has further education from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill and the University of Vermont.
