Felix Reiff

Felix Reiff is a board member at Geistlich Pharma and has previous experience working at Avenir Suisse, Geistlich Pharma AG, Herzog & de Meuron, and Bayer. Felix became the president of the board of directors of Bayer (Schweiz) AG and CEO of Bayer Consumer Care AG in 2020 and held these positions until 2021. Prior to this, they were the senior Bayer representative in Switzerland from 2018 to 2019 and was responsible for all matters of Bayer AG in Switzerland. Felix has also been a member of the board at “economiesuisse” and “scienceindustries”.

Felix Reiff completed a HSG Certificate in Neue Konzepte für den Verwaltungsrat from Swiss Board School. Felix then went on to complete Leading Innovation from Harvard Business School Executive Education. After that, they completed Insights and Leadership Skills from London Business School. Finally, they completed a Master in Law / Ph.D. in Law from Universität Zürich | University of Zurich.
