Lorenzo M.'s work experience begins in 2008 as a Junior Account intern at Equipe Internantional, where they focused on communication and event management. Lorenzo then moved on to Value Lab, where they worked as a Junior Consultant, specializing in management consulting, analytics, information technology, geomarketing, and go-to-market strategy. In 2011, Lorenzo became a Marketing Product Manager at Eurosport, where they oversaw the launch of Eurosport Player in the Italian market. Lorenzo then joined Privalia as a Global Quality Manager, responsible for managing and coaching teams in multiple countries and ensuring product quality and brand awareness. In 2013, Lorenzo joined Groupon as a Senior Executive Sales Consultant, where they independently managed the search and selection of partners to meet monthly sales goals. Lorenzo then worked at Google as a Google Vendor Sales Manager, leading a team focused on acquiring new business and improving the digital presence of Italian companies. Most recently, Lorenzo founded GEL Proximity, where they serve as CEO & Co-Founder.
Lorenzo M. attended Politecnico di Milano from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Fashion Design, specifically Dottore in Fashion Design with a focus on Industrial Design. In 2006 to 2007, they also completed a training course in Management of Fashion Companies at Università Bocconi. Prior to that, Lorenzo attended Liceo Scientifico from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Diploma Scientifico from Collegio Alessandro Volta in Lecco. In addition to their formal education, Lorenzo also obtained several certifications in advertising from Google, including Google Advertising Professional in Display Advertising and Mobile Advertising in March and April 2016.
