Javier Donoso

Javier Donoso has a long history of work experience. Javier began their career in 1998 as a Project Manager for Ingeniería Sin Fronteras. In 1999, they became the CEO and owner of Ideas and Facilities Consulting GmbH. From 2009 to 2022, they worked at Airbus, starting as VP Head of Transformation Airbus Spain and then becoming SM Head of Facility Management Operations. In 2016, they co-founded Nuilea Bien Etre: Natural Cosmetics and SPA, where they were responsible for SPA design and project, as well as online presence and online marketing. Since 2022, they have been working at Gelato Network as DevRel & Technical Content and at Superfluid as an Ambassador.

Javier Donoso obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 1989 and 1995. Javier has also obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Celonis, IBM, University at Buffalo, Stanford Online, DeepLearning.AI, and SAP.
