Petra Hart possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the food service industry, currently serving as Regional Manager and previously as Operations Manager at Gelato Paradiso since October 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing operations in San Diego locations, encompassing hiring, training, production, inventory management, scheduling, customer service, and outside sales. Petra also held the position of General Manager at Gelato Paradiso's San Diego Downtown and Coronado Island locations. Prior to this, Petra worked as a Company Executive at Pacific Power Sports from January 2010 to October 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from National University, an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from MiraCosta College, and completion of Artisanal Gelato Classes.
