Henrik Müller-Hansen is a Norwegian business executive and entrepreneur. Henrik is the founder and CEO of Gelato, a company that provides software to help businesses print and manage documents.
Müller-Hansen began their career in 2000 as the CEO of Tele2 Norway, a telecom service provider. Henrik grew the company from 1.5 billion Norwegian kroner during 2003 to 3 billion Norwegian kroner during 2006. During this time, they also performed extensive cost reductions, increasing revenue per employee from 16 million Norwegian kroner (2003) to 44 million Norwegian kroner (2006), an increase of 175%. In 2005, Tele2 was placed as the 13th most visible brand in Norway, ahead of IKEA, NetCom, and McDonald's.
In 2006, Müller-Hansen left Tele2 to start Gelato. Since its inception, Gelato has helped thousands of businesses print and manage their documents more efficiently. The company has been profitable since 2009 and today has over 100 employees.
Henrik Müller-Hansen has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Financial Accounting from the Stockholm School of Economics. Henrik also studied at Sapporo International University, Lund University (Economics and Japanese), and Decatur High School in Seattle, Washington.
