Janar Kartau

Janar Kartau is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in platform and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Engineer at Gelato since September 2025, Janar has previously held significant positions, including Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Glia from March 2021 to August 2025 and Infrastructure Architect at Playtech from July 2015 to March 2021. Prior to these roles, Janar worked as a Software Architect (PaaS) at the IT and Development Centre of the Estonian Ministry of the Interior from October 2014 to July 2015 and served as a System Architect at Allegro Baltics from November 2009 to October 2014. Janar's career began as a System Administrator at E-Finance from March 2006 to October 2009.
