Rebecca has previous experience working as a Senior Customer Effort Reduction Manager at Amazon from August 2013 to January 2017 and as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from July 2009 to April 2012. Rebecca has a passion for data and machine learning and has used these skills to predict customer pain-points and identify emerging issues. Rebecca is also experienced in global shipping solutions for eCommerce companies and customers.
