Ugur Balci is an experienced professional in information security and consulting, currently serving as a Consultant in Information Security, CISO, and DGA at iCyclus B.V. since January 2023. Balci also holds the role of CISO Coach for Gemeente Leudal and CISO for both Gemeente Laarbeek and Gemeente Gemert-Bakel, as well as acting as CISO and Privacy Officer for Gelders Archief. Gelders Archief
Archives play a critical role in government transparancy and the preservation of our history. Gelders Archief (Gelders Archives) is one of the largest archives in the Netherlands. We work for the municipalities of Arnhem, Renkum, Rheden, Rozendaal, Overbetuwe and the regional water board Waterschap Vallei and Veluwe. Our current analog collection stretches for 30 kilometres and the digital collection is growing. Gelders Archief focusses on a digital future: digital archiving, digital services and digital information management. This strategic policy is the implementation of the (national) e-Depot for the storage of digital records and the development of our online services.
