Dr. Lars Kogel

Dr. Lars Kogel has a diverse work experience in legal, compliance, risk management, and finance roles. Dr. Lars started their career in 1999 as a Rechtsanwalt at KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. Dr. Kogel then moved to thyssenkrupp, where they held various positions from Senior Legal Counsel to Vice President of Business Development/Legal Affairs. Dr. Lars also served as CFO kaufmännischer Leiter at thyssenkrupp Presta AG. Subsequently, they joined thyssenkrupp Elevator AG as Senior Vice President and Head of Compliance Elevator & Data Protection. Currently, Dr. Kogel is the Global Vice President Legal, Compliance & Risk Management at GELITA.

Dr. Lars Kogel obtained their Dr. jur and MBA degrees in Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Universitäten Trier, Bonn, Münster, Hagen, and Cardiff between 1991 and 1998.
