Carlo M. A. Capra

Carlo M. A. Capra currently serves as the Head of Process Excellence and Procurement at GELLIFY since February 2021, also holding the role of Senior Innovation Manager in Strategy & Transformation. Prior experience over more than a decade includes the position of Change Innovation Manager at Innext, where Carlo contributed to enabling companies to navigate significant changes through a strategic focus on process and people. Carlo has also imparted knowledge as a Faculty Member teaching Change Management at Talent Garden Innovation School and has held leadership positions as President of JEME Bocconi and JADE Italia. Carlo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics of International Markets from Università Bocconi, along with additional studies in Corporate Social Responsibility, International Marketing, and Computer Science.
