Chiara Alaia

Chiara Alaia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital project management, currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager for Digital Products at GELLIFY since August 2021. Chiara's expertise encompasses end-to-end governance of digital projects, strategic direction execution, and KPI monitoring within the e-Commerce, Fashion, and Luxury industries. Prior to GELLIFY, Chiara held roles at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, evolving from Senior Project Manager/Senior Analyst to Senior Test Analyst, and gained foundational experience in software quality assurance and customer care at SCAI AXOT, KION, and earlier positions at Betfair and New Field Communication. Chiara holds a degree in Science of Communication from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
