Nana Owusu-Koduah, MBA, CMgr FCMI has worked in various roles in the pharmaceutical industry since 2005. In 2021, they began working as the Head of QA & Site Lead at Gelmetix. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Production Manager and QA Specialist. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Labcorp Drug Development as a Quality Assurance. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Quality Assurance - Operations, Quality Control - Team Lead, and Development Scientist. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Synergy Health PLC as a Technical Sales Consultant.

Nana Owusu-Koduah, MBA, CMgr FCMI has a diverse education history. In 2002, Nana Owusu-Koduah graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Pharmaceutical & Chemical Science. In 2018, Nana Owusu-Koduah completed a NEBOSH National General Certificate from TCoE. Also in 2018, Nana Owusu-Koduah began a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management, which was completed in 2020. In 2018, Nana Owusu-Koduah also began a Level 7 Senior Leader Masters Degree Apprenticeship with Chartered Manager Status, which was completed in 2021.
