André Gravelle

André Gravelle has extensive work experience in various roles within the beverage industry. André is currently the Vice President of Operations at Geloso Beverage Group, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, André worked at Amazon as the Site Leader for Amazon Transportation Services from January 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Geloso Beverage Group, André had a long tenure at Labatt Breweries of Canada, starting as a Quality Manager in October 2004 and progressing to various management positions. André'sroles at Labatt included Project Leader, Brewmaster, Packaging Operations Manager, General Manager, and finally Senior General Manager, a position they held from August 2014 to January 2022. In their role as Senior General Manager, André was responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, managing a large team of managers and team members, budgeting and cost management, strategic planning, process improvements, safety and quality management, capital investments, union negotiations, and collaborating with sales and logistics teams.

André's work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations management, leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, budgeting, and quality and safety management.

André Gravelle attended the University of Guelph from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Engineering. André'sfield of study specifically focused on Food Engineering.
