Sridhar Sadasivan

Sridhar Sadasivan serves as the Senior Vice President of Hardware and Systems Engineering at GelSight since September 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Vice President of Development and Operations at ORA Graphene Audio from 2021 to 2025, where leadership focused on the commercialization of graphene-based audio membranes. Sadasivan also held the position of Vice President of R&D at FLEXcon from 2019 to 2021, implementing product development strategies and launching sustainable product alternatives. At Olympus IMS, from 2016 to 2019, Sadasivan advanced engineering initiatives for non-destructive testing and X-ray fluorescence products. Previous experience includes directing product development at QD Vision, Inc., where notable achievements include the launch of the first commercial quantum dot TV with Sony. Sadasivan began a career at Optical Display Films, part of Eastman Kodak, leading product development initiatives for optical films in Asia. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
