Pieter van der Hoeven

Pieter van der Hoeven is a seasoned entrepreneur and corporate strategist with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business development, and legal technology. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Geluidslabel.com since September 2023, Pieter also serves as a Board Advisor at Private Board Advisory, focusing on helping entrepreneurs with M&A and go-to-market strategies. Previously, Pieter was the Vice President of Corporate Development at Litera, where responsibilities included identifying strategic partnerships and executing M&A. Pieter co-founded Clocktimizer in 2013, leading the company until its acquisition by Litera in 2021, and has a background as an attorney-at-law specializing in M&A at DLA Piper. Pieter holds multiple MBA degrees from Rotterdam School of Management and IE Business School, along with a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from Utrecht University.
