Dinesh T V has extensive experience in the essential oils and cosmetics industries, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at GEM Aromatics Pvt. Ltd. since February 1998. Dinesh has been instrumental in strengthening the organization's market presence and possesses deep expertise in Mint Oil cultivation, processing, and product design, along with familiarity with major essential oils such as Orange, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, and Clove Oil. Prior to this role, Dinesh held positions as General Manager of Technical & Operations, achieving zero rejection rates through enhanced quality control, and Factory Manager, overseeing factory operations. Dinesh's earlier experience includes serving as Production & Q C Manager at Ratilal Hemraj & Gleam Cosmetics. Dinesh holds a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Calicut and an Executive MBA in Operations & Material Management, along with a Black Belt in Six Sigma from IACT.
