Kirill Gurskiy, CFA is currently the Managing Director at GEM Capital, focusing on Games and Entertainment fund strategy, communication with investors, deal terms negotiation, and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Kirill worked at EY in Business Valuation and Business Modeling, starting as an Analyst and working their way up to Manager. During their time at EY, Kirill was involved in asset valuation methodology development, financial modeling, and business valuation for target companies. Kirill also has a background in academia, having pursued a PHD at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
