Hanne De Ridder

Hanne De Ridder has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hanne is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at GemOne, a new tech company that focuses on developing solutions for fleet performance management. In their role, they oversee various aspects including track and trace, operational efficiency, security and safety, and service and maintenance.

Prior to their current position, Hanne worked as an HR Generalist at Rogers Corporation from 2017 to 2021. Here, they optimized HR procedures and processes, and handled international HR projects such as implementing Successfactors EC and payroll interfaces.

Before joining Rogers Corporation, Hanne was a HR & Payroll Officer at BAM Contractors BV from 2015 to 2017. Hanne was the main point of contact for approximately 300 blue-collar workers, handling HR matters and payroll administration. Hanne also provided management with statistics on absenteeism, unemployment, and personnel evolution.

Hanne's work experience also includes a temporary role as a Consultant for Recruitment & Selection at Volvo Trucks Belgium in 2014, and as an HR Officer at Van Braeckel from 2013 to 2014.

Hanne began their career in 2008 as an Inhouse Coordinator at Start People, where they were responsible for personnel planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and administrative follow-up for clients such as Coca-Cola and Bpost. Hanne also managed customer-specific projects and worked on improving processes and solving customer-specific problems.
