Eva Wassermann

Eva Wassermann is a Senior Managing Director at GEM Realty Capital with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Prior to their current role, Eva held positions such as Principal at State Parkway Advisory and Vice President Managed Development at Hilton Hotels Corporation. Wassermann also served as Vice President Acquisitions & Asset Management at Strategic Hotels & Resorts and held a senior leadership role at ERE/Yarmouth. Eva holds a BS in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
