Joe Hoscheit is currently working as an Associate in Acquisitions at GEM Realty Capital. Prior to this, Joe held a similar position at Crow Holdings, where Joe focused on acquisitions and asset management in various real estate sectors. Joe also has experience in investment banking and wealth management through internships at Ziegler and UBS. Joe holds a Master of Science in Management Studies from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Business Institutions and Legal Studies. Joe was a standout student-athlete at Northwestern University, receiving multiple awards and honors during their time on the baseball team.
