Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Gem Shopping Network since January 2022, Kourtney has also held roles such as Vice President of Strategy & Planning and Head of Strategy & Business Development. Prior experience includes working as Corporate Development Manager at Discovery Inc., where Kourtney focused on financial analysis and strategic mergers and acquisitions, and serving as a consultant at Deloitte and PwC, where responsibilities included data analytics, dashboard implementation, and predictive modeling. Kourtney's early career included a summer associate role at Goldman Sachs and a summer internship at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago, along with impactful work as a Corps Member with Teach for America. Academic achievements consist of an MBA and JD from The University of Chicago, as well as a BS in Finance and Political Science from Florida State University.
