Dwane Goodman

Dwane Goodman has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Dwane began their career as an Ex Sous at InterContinental Hotels Group and then worked as an Area Executive Chef at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, where they oversaw multiple outlets and staff. Dwane then moved to Emirates Hotels and Resorts as an EAM F&B, where they played a pivotal role in shaping and building the F&B operations of the hotel. After that, they worked as a Corporate Operations Manager at Delaware North Companies, where they managed corporate catering products at Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz stadiums. More recently, they served as a Senior Manager and Head of Catering and Customer Service at Sydney Showground, responsible for all aspects of food and beverage for events. Currently, Dwane holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Gema Group Pty Ltd.

Dwane Goodman completed a Diploma in Hospitality at the Northern Sydney Institute from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended CTHS from 1991 to 1996, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study.
