Shawn Hayes

Shawn Hayes is an experienced sales and operations professional with a strong background in technical account management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager at Gema Powder Coating, Shawn has previously held key positions at Marmon/Keystone LLC, where responsibilities included growing and managing a multi-state territory, and at Echo Engineering & Production Supplies, Inc., where roles spanned from Director of Operations to various sales management positions. With over 20 years in the industry, Shawn has developed expertise in training, coaching, and strategic collaboration to meet corporate goals. An alumnus of Purdue University, Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology.
