Alison Previde

Alison Previde is an experienced Project Manager currently at Thales since April 2019, responsible for the deployment of projects through all phases using PMI processes, including project financial control and scope management. Alison has a strong track record in negotiating contracts with third parties and has worked with major clients such as Claro, TIM, and Itaú across projects in MERCOSUR countries and Mexico. Prior to Thales, Alison held a similar role at Gemalto since November 2007 and served as a Service Coordinator at Tyco Fire & Security from November 2005 to March 2007, overseeing a team for project implementation. Earlier experience includes project management at Siemens Ltda, focusing on technical and commercial proposals for public bids. Alison holds an MBA in Strategic and Economic Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and an engineering degree from Centro Universitário Barão de Mauá.
