Herve Bayle

Herve Bayle is an experienced sales and strategy leader currently serving as Vice President of Sales for France and Ibericas at Thales Digital Identity and Security (formerly Gemalto) since January 2012. In this role, Herve Bayle oversees the sales strategies for Banking and Payment services across France, Spain, Portugal, and Israel, focusing on Payment Issuance and Digital Sales. Prior to this, Herve Bayle was Vice President of e-banking for the Americas, where responsibilities included expanding Gemalto's Digital Banking business across Latin and North America. Earlier roles include Director of Banking Business Unit at Xiring, managing significant sales growth and project development, and Global Account Director at Schlumberger/SEMA, responsible for IT and Network services for Total. Herve Bayle's career began in Schlumberger where, over a period of 12 years, management roles in POS and banking card sales were held. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business from INSEEC and a BA in Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley.
