Rahim Lajnef

Rahim Lajnef has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of MEA Engineering Delivery Center and Managing Director at Thales Cyber & Digital since July 2015. Lajnef manages a Regional Engineering Delivery Center that oversees over 30 active projects across the Middle East, Africa, and India, leading a team of more than 70 engineers across multiple locations. Prior to Thales, Lajnef held significant roles at Gemalto, including Project Director for complex multi-million-dollar projects, and at GEMPLUS, where responsibilities included the development of key management systems and smart card solutions. Lajnef holds an Executive MBA from École des Ponts Business School and master's degrees in Computer Software Engineering from McGill University and Computational and Applied Mathematics from INSA Rouen Normandie.
