Ts. Syamsul Fakri Yaacob

Ts. Syamsul Fakri Yaacob has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In their current position as the Chief Executive Officer at Datack Sdn Bhd, they oversee the overall management and strategic direction of the company. In their previous role as the Sales Director at Gemas Lestari Sdn Bhd, they were responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth. Ts. Syamsul Fakri also worked for Surviving Pandemic as the Ex. Sales VP, where they focused on protecting mission-critical and connected devices.

Syamsul has experience in channel management and sales, particularly in the public sector, as evidenced by their role as Channel Manager, Sales, Public Sector at Patimas-HPD Systems Sdn Bhd.

Before that, they worked at Skali E-Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in various roles, including Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, and Presales. Furthermore, they contributed to DTG Solution as the BOD and Head of Department, where they led requirement and technical teams and was involved in the whole software development life cycle (SDLC) using open-source technologies.

Ts. Syamsul Fakri Yaacob's education history begins in 1993 with their enrollment at Kolej Sultan Abdul Hamid, where they pursued a degree that is unspecified. Ts. Syamsul Fakri attended the college until 1997. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2004, Ts. Syamsul Fakri Yaacob attended Universiti Teknologi MARA, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (HONS) degree in Business Computing. Additionally, in December 2021, they received a certification as a Teknologis Profesional from Lembaga Teknologis Malaysia.
