Manfred Markevitch has a long and varied work experience. Manfred began their career in 1986 as a Captain and Company Commander with the Swiss Army. In 1994, they joined Credit Suisse First Boston as an Associate, eventually becoming a Vice President. In 2001, they moved to Deutsche Bank as a Director. In 2014, they became a Senior Advisor with Orlean Invest Africa, where they supported International Business Development and helped fund the expansion of the Group. In 2016, they joined UmbraGroup as a Board Member. In 2015, they became a Partner with NextLevel - Building Enterprise Value, where they provided executive and board services. In 2018, they Co-Founded and became CEO of GemaTEG, an international company focused on dissipation and active cooling systems and recovery and conversion of excess heat.

Manfred Markevitch obtained their High School diploma from Wilhelm Gymnasium Hamburg, Germany in 1994. Manfred then went on to obtain a Lic. oec. HSG from the University of St.Gallen in Business and Economics in 1989. In 2003, they earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from TRIUM Global Executive MBA, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Paris. Manfred also earned an MBA from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Business and Finance in 2003. In 1997, they obtained their US Series 7 & 63 Licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Finally, in 2002, they obtained their UK Investment Adviser (CF21) from the Financial Conduct Authority.
