Brooks Schollmeyer, GSP, is currently a Business Analyst at Gemba+ since November 2023. Prior to this role, Brooks accumulated extensive experience at Cargill from June 2019 to September 2023, serving in various capacities including Environment, Health and Safety Manager, EHS & Ergonomics Supervisor, and Environmental Safety & Health Associate. Brooks began at Cargill as an Environmental Health Safety Intern in summer 2018. Educationally, Brooks holds a degree from the University of Central Missouri, completed in 2018.

The best ideas for improving processes often come from asking the right questions to the people in the Gemba. The team members on the shop floor, the cooks in the kitchen, the doctors and nurses helping the patients. They are working day in and day out... finding all of the little intricacies to the flow of their procedures. Often times finding the fastest way to get the task done in a cumbersome system. However, companies cannot only rely on the ideas and feedback from the team members in the Gemba. That is where the "+" comes into the name of Gemba+. The "+" represents the connection between the vision of management with the streamlined flow of the Gemba.
