Yuri Baidoukov, EMBA, currently serves as Group CFO and Executive Director at Gemcorp Capital since January 2024, contributing to a leading asset management and investment firm focused on emerging markets. Previously, Baidoukov held the position of Group CFO at CGG from September 2018 to June 2023, where key initiatives led to a significant transformation of the company’s strategy. Additional experience includes serving as Group CFO at OilSERV, CFO/Head of Finance at Maersk Oil, and Group CFO at Integra, with a strong focus on financial restructuring, corporate governance, and operational efficiency. Baidoukov has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions from roles at Schlumberger and Gazprom-neft. Educational qualifications include a TRIUM Global Executive MBA and CPA certification, alongside a Master's degree in Economics from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
