Kevin Cao

Kevin Cao serves as the Director of Acquisitions at Gemdale USA Corporation, where responsibilities include closing $50 million in land transactions and underwriting over $5 billion in development deals annually. Achievements include securing a $133 million construction-perm loan during the pandemic and achieving a 100% approval rate for investment committee reports. Kevin also holds advisory roles on the Advisory Board of the Runstad Department of Real Estate at the University of Washington and as a board member for SCIDpda. Prior experience includes an associate position at Kinzer Partners, financial analyst roles at Zenith Capital, and an internship at Morgan Stanley. Kevin holds a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Laws from Xiamen University, along with additional finance education from Seattle University and the University of Oxford.
