Kelly Mulder

Kelly Mulder is a legal advisor with extensive experience in the municipal sector. Currently, at Gemeente Assen since August 2021, Kelly serves as a legal advisor focusing on Wmo/Jeugd and Omgevingsrecht. Prior to this position, Kelly worked at Gemeente Veendam as a Quality Employee in Wmo, following the dissolution of the collaborative organization De Kompanjie, where a diverse range of tasks were performed, including quality improvements and legal consultation. Earlier experience includes roles as a legal assessor at Gemeente Hengelo, support in legal matters at Provincie Overijssel, and a work experience role at Gemeente Hellendoorn focused on social policy. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Windesheim, completed in 2016.
