Peter Claassen

Peter Claassen MBA has extensive experience in project leadership and management within the public sector, currently serving as Senior Project Leader in Area Development and Team Leader for Permits at Gemeente Asten since January 2022. Responsibilities include the development of housing and business locations, negotiating with developers, and overseeing teams. Additional roles include serving as a board member for Locatievereniging Bladel, focusing on Collective Private Commissioning projects. Claassen has previously held leadership positions in multiple municipalities, including Team Manager at Gemeente Land van Cuijk and Manager of Spatial Development at Gemeente Geldrop-Mierlo, where Peter led organizational changes and implemented regulations. Claassen holds an MBA in Public and Non-profit Management from NCOI University and has completed various management and governance training courses.
