Pascal Stout

Pascal Stout is an experienced professional in heritage and spatial development, currently serving as Adviseur Erfgoed at Gemeente Bergen op Zoom since August 2022. Previous roles include Adviseur Erfgoed at Lybrae and multiple advisory positions in spatial planning, where responsibilities encompassed problem analyses, formulating policy proposals, and implementing heritage and spatial policies. With a solid educational background, including a Master’s Degree in Human Geography from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen and a degree from the University of Cambridge, Pascal Stout has contributed to various projects and provided support in policy formation, project management, and community engagement throughout a diverse career spanning several organizations.
