Carlijn Ruijs

Carlijn Ruijs is an experienced legal professional specializing in the social domain, with a focus on social assistance laws and regulations. Currently serving as a member of the Bezwaarschriftencommissie in both Venray and Berg en Dal, and as a quality employee for Wmo at Gemeente Best, Carlijn has also established a practice as a social domain entrepreneur at TTN Juridische Dienstverlening. Previous roles include legal advisor for various municipalities, where responsibilities have involved advising on the Participatiewet, Wmo, and Jeugdwet, as well as policy development for social assistance and juvenile aid. Carlijn holds a Master's degree from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen and a Bachelor of Laws from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
