Dave Alberts

Dave Alberts is an experienced project leader in spatial development and housing, currently serving as Projectleider Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling en Wonen at Gemeente West Betuwe since July 2024. In addition to this role, Dave has been a project leader and advisor for area development at Plaatzmakers since January 2023 and is involved in housing development projects in Ewijk and Flexwonen in the municipalities of Beuningen and Ede, respectively. Between April 2020 and December 2022, Dave worked as a project manager for housing developments in West Betuwe, following a significant tenure as a Senior Consultant at Over Morgen from January 2015 to December 2022. Notable earlier positions include leading the World Food Center project in Ede while at Over Morgen and serving as a Senior Advisor at CroonenBuro5 from 2001 to 2014. Dave holds a drs. degree in Planologie from Radboud University, completed between 1994 and 1999.
