Paul Cottaar

Paul Cottaar is an experienced project leader in spatial development, currently guiding area development within the Spoorzone program at Gemeente Beverwijk since May 2021. With a background in project management for housing projects in urban areas at gemeente Ouder-Amstel from 2010 to 2021, Paul has also worked as a project leader and advisor in spatial planning at organizations such as TASK and Van Riezen & Partners. Educational qualifications include an Ing degree in Ruimtelijke Ordening en Planologie from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, complemented by earlier studies at Joke Smit College and Saenredam College. In addition to roles in management and advice on spatial development, Paul has experience as a working chef at Cottaar since January 2019.
