Chris Peeters

Chris Peeters is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Diensthoofd ICT at Gemeente Brasschaat since July 2023. Previously, Chris held the position of IT Manager at BuzziSpace and Total Schoten Arteco, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations and implementing systems. Chris also worked at Karel de Grote Hogeschool as Verantwoordelijke Systemen en Netwerken and has a strong background in project management from roles at Johnson Controls Automotive, Colt Telecom, World Online / Tiscali, The Independents, Telepolis, and Lidl. Chris possesses a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Antwerp, alongside a strong foundation in multimedia development and pre-sales management.
