Otto Willemsen

Otto Willemsen is an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental management and project leadership. Currently serving as the Fractievoorzitter at Ondernemend Water and a Project Manager for energy transition and Program Manager for the Environmental Planning Act in Gemeente Bronckhorst, Otto brings over a decade of expertise in circular transition and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include governance member at Waterschap Rijn en IJssel, founder of Synprofect, and director of logistics at Nefit B.V. Otto holds an MSC in Business Administration with a focus on change management from Radboud University, a BSC in Land, Water and Environmental Science from Van Hall Larenstein University, and has undertaken additional training at INSEAD and Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
