Annieke Datema-Witte

Annieke Datema-Witte is an accomplished professional in human resources, currently serving as Projectleider HR (Beleid & Projecten) at Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel since March 2019, where responsibilities include leading various HR projects and initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Hoofd afdeling Personeelszaken at Melanchthon, where Annieke acted as a consultant for management teams across multiple school locations, and as HR Medewerker, providing advice on compensation and administrative processes. Earlier roles include Intercedente at Olympia Uitzendbureau and Pool Manager at SUSA studenten uitzendbureau, along with experience as Manager Operations Conferences at KGS Global. Annieke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Utrecht University and is currently pursuing a Masterclass in The Future of Work at UvA Academy.
