Ingrid van der Kooij

Ingrid van der Kooij is an experienced geo data specialist currently employed at Gemeente Capelle aan den IJssel since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ingrid worked as a functional application manager for ArcGIS/Geoweb at Omgevingsdienst Midden-Holland (ODMH) from May 2019 to January 2023. Ingrid's previous positions include serving as a functional manager and GIS specialist at Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam-Rijnmond from April 2011 to April 2019, and as a network manager in the ICT department from May 2002 to April 2010. Ingrid began a career in ICT at Brandweer Rotterdam as a system administrator from January 2000 to May 2002. Educational qualifications include completion of courses at ISW opleidingen in 1993, Schoevers in 1992, and MEAO De Lijnbaan from 1989 to 1992.
