Henri Ellen

Henri Ellen has extensive experience in spatial planning and water management, currently serving as a Beleidsmedewerker Ruimte and Watercoördinator at Gemeente Coevorden since September 2007. Responsibilities include developing water policy plans and managing projects related to new construction sites, industrial areas, and the redevelopment of vacant properties. Prior experience includes leading updates to zoning plans for residential, recreational, and industrial areas. Henri's educational background includes a degree from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences and studies at Drenthe College and Hondsrug College.
