Marcel Stam

Marcel Stam has extensive experience in information security and emergency services, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Gemeente Dalfsen since May 2007. In addition to this role, Marcel has held various positions within the organization including Demand Manager, Coördinator Automatisering, Gemeentelijk coördinator MDT brandweer, and System Engineer. As the owner of Stalo since November 2014, Marcel also works as an instructor in diverse areas such as CFBT and firefighting. Other instructive roles include teaching at BON Holding and serving as a safety officer with Veiligheidsregio IJsselland since September 2007. Marcel's previous experience includes network engineering at Netguard B.V. and system engineering positions at multiple companies, along with a background in leadership roles in firefighting operations.
