Tulay Cetin

Tulay Cetin is an experienced Wmo consulent currently working at Gemeente Dalfsen since January 2024. Concurrently, Tulay operates as a zelfstandige at TRL-Zorg, providing support in diverse care areas including mental health, homelessness, addiction care, and light intellectual disabilities. Previous roles include supporting Ukrainian refugees at Gemeente Zutphen and serving as a front office Wmo consulent at Stichting Sociale Wijkteams Arnhem. Tulay has a strong background in client support, having worked as an independent client supporter at both ClientondersteuningPLUS and MEE Zuid-Holland Noord. Additional experience includes positions as an ambulant and woonbegeleider at Parnassia Groep, as well as a pedagogical worker at Kinderopvang Bimbola B.V. Tulay obtained a degree as a Wmo consulent from Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein in March 2023, after earlier education at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
