Gjalt Klokman

Gjalt Klokman currently serves as Concern- en Business controller at Gemeente Dantumadiel since January 2024. Previously, Gjalt held the position of Adviseur Control at Gemeente Noardeast-Fryslân from January 2019 to December 2023, where Gjalt developed a control plan for the organization in anticipation of a legal accountability statement requirement by the College van B&W in 2023. Prior to that, Gjalt worked as Onderzoeksmedewerker Control starting in June 2018 at DDFK-gemeenten and has a long tenure at De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar from April 1997 to May 2018, gaining experience as a Data Science & Analytics Specialist and Senior Analist Risk & Control. Gjalt's career began with various roles, including administratiek medewerker and service sergeant at the Ministerie van Defensie, after obtaining a Baccalaureus degree in HEAO from NHL Hogeschool in 1996.
