Henry Suiker

Henry Suiker is an experienced professional in agile consulting and portfolio management, currently serving as a Strategisch Portfolio Manager at Gemeente Den Haag since February 2023 and as an Agile Consultant at Inspinity since April 2022. With a solid background in implementing SAFe methodologies, Henry has led projects across various organizations, including Enexis Groep, Belastingdienst, and Volkswagen Pon Financial Services, focusing on agile transformations, portfolio management, and process improvements. Henry's expertise includes conducting agile maturity assessments, organizing workshops, and facilitating online PI Planning sessions, as well as training teams in best practices. Henry holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1989 and 1994.
