Kaila Vreeken

Kaila Vreeken is an experienced Senior Service Designer currently working at Gemeente Den Haag within the Innovatieteam gemeentebrede Dienstverlening, focusing on enhancing municipal service delivery through customer journey projects and research. With a strong background in social design, Kaila has held various roles, including Senior Social Designer at Muzus and Co-Founder of Buro Kato, addressing societal challenges through design. As a design educator at Delft University of Technology, Kaila has contributed to various design courses and initiated significant projects on social issues, including the integration of asylum seekers in the Netherlands.
